Established since 2016, we as a Modern-Singaporean bistro celebrate the vibrant food culture in Singapore by creating something extraordinary out of your everyday dishes.
We think out of the box and are in constant pursuit of exploring the possibilities – how can we best combine traditional cuisine and modern culinary twists?
Coupled with a spotlight on local ingredients and familiar flavours, some of redpan’s signatures include Prawn & Hae Bi Hiam Pasta, Crispy Otah Burger and Steak & Chinchalok.
Designed by DP Architects, an established homegrown architecture firm, redpan conveys a sense of chic with custom-made wooden curves and design accents like the custom-designed hanging glass feature comprising 2,000 glass pieces.
